Susan joined LCL as a Practice Management Advisor in 2016. Susan works with lawyers and law firms to improve leadership and management, organizational and team performance, and marketing and business development. Susan regularly publishes and speaks nationally and internationally, and serves on a number of volunteer committees in the legal profession. She also is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, where she teaches leadership, strategic change, and communication skills and the owner of LWC Online Professional Development.
Before joining LOMAP, Susan led Letterman White Consulting as its founder and Managing Partner for ten years and before that she practiced employment law for more than 20 years and was the Managing Partner of a law firm. She received a Master’s in Organization Development with Academic Distinction from American University, a JD from Loyola Law School, and a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University. She has also received advance group facilitation training from NTL Institute, coaching training from Harvard Medical School, and is certified in the MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, and Korn Ferry Voice 360ᴼ assessments.
