It is no secret that the legal profession has to deal with stress, depression and a degree of hostility. As a result, lawyers are particularly susceptible to stress-related illnesses, including heart disease which can unfortunately lead to potentially serious and even lethal consequences.

This webinar will address specific strategies to keep lawyers’ hearts and minds healthy especially during these stressful times. We’ll even practice a couple during the webinar.
