Learn strategies to deal with burnout from LCL Staff Clinician Dr. Shawn Healy in this 30-minute installment of Webinars for Busy Lawyers.

Almost two-thirds of lawyers are feeling burnout according to a new study discussed at the Institute for Well-Being in Law’s recent inaugural conference. And the other third might still need tips to help stay balanced as the pandemic continues to impact our work and lives.

Watch for tips from LCL MA Staff Clinician Shawn Healy, Ph.D. on how to avoid, sooth, and recover from burnout as a lawyer, law student, judge, or other legal professional. We’ll include notes for those in management roles, given how much the supervisory relationship impacts employee well-being.

Almost 30 minutes of Q&A from the live program are included in the recording.
