Join us to find out how we can cope with grief and loss from Tracey Meyers, Psy.D. with this installment of Webinars for Busy Lawyers.

Coping with loss — including grieving a loved one, losing a job, or even loss of identity through retirement — can be very difficult especially during the holidays and while working in a demanding profession.

Not everyone experiences grief and loss in the same way, so it is important to be patient with ourselves and others who experience these differently. For example, many people may need time to move back and forth between focusing on their loss and focusing on moving forward.

This webinar will share strategies to cope with grief and loss both for ourselves and how to help others.

We will also cover ways to get through the holidays using mindfulness, compassion, and a sense of humor.

Q&A from the live program is included in the recording.
