ABOUT THE EXPERTs
Dr. Tracey Meyers, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts, certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She joined LCL MA in August of 2020 following her work for the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services where she spent over 15 years working in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Tracey has a strong commitment to integrative medicine for mental health and wellness and leads mindfulness and yoga programs for groups, individuals, and professionals in the workplace. Jarrod F. Matteson is a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial real estate law. He joined the global law firm DLA Piper in 2007 and has been a Partner there since 2016. Jarrod has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, borrowers, and real estate operators in various complex commercial leasing, finance, acquisition, and joint venture transactions. As a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2004, his educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, complemented by a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Mathematics from Boston University.
Beyond law, Jarrod is a certified YOGABODY Breathing Coach and a member of the International Enneagram Association. He recently received a Certificate of Completion in Psychedelic Therapies and Integration from Psychedelics Today’s Vital Program and is recognized as a dedicated preparation and integration coach, leveraging the Enneagram for inner work and self-discovery. Jarrod began his meditation practice in 1999 prior to attending law school and has worked with a variety of meditation and mindfulness teachings and techniques over the past 25 years. Currently, he is in a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program with Mindfulness Exercises.
He is also a presenter with Prasada, a Philadelphia-based Corporate Wellness company that provides wholebeing education and practices to the legal industry. In addition, Jarrod is a sought-after Breathwork facilitator for retreats with The Infinite Center, an organization offering transpersonal breathwork to support self-discovery.
