So how does one practice law in an adversarial profession without being crushed over time or becoming a bully in return?

Join us to learn how to:

  • Respond to bullying behavior,
  • Be aware of and utilize your personal strengths,
  • Recognize your reactions to aggressive opposing counsel,
  • Identify the potential goals of aggressive/bullying tactics,
  • Incorporate strategies within your direct control to increase your resilience to such tactics, and
  • Use techniques for reinterpreting such tactics as to significantly decrease their effectiveness.
