The Fulfillment Formula: Assessing Your Legal Career – Employment Transition Skills [Webinar]

Program participants will:

(i) explore the four pillars of the Career Leadership Code — Clarity, Confidence, Balance, and Performance Management —

(ii) learn four corresponding strategies for finding career fulfillment, and

(iii) walk away with personal action steps they can take to enhance fulfillment immediately and in the event of a career transition.

This program is designed for lawyers at all career stages looking to either enhance fulfillment in their current role or find a more fulfilling job or career elsewhere.
