Watch now to find out how to start building confidence from Jennifer Riggs, JD, PCC with this installment of Webinars for Busy Lawyers.
Law school teaches you to think like a lawyer, but not how to feel like one. Feeling confident as a lawyer can help build trust, negotiate cases, win arguments, and build business – but it can also seem elusive. And the underlying pressure to be confident can heighten the struggle for those not feeling it – especially amidst uncertainty, high stress, or a recent setback. In addition, because low confidence is often seen as weakness in the law, lawyers can struggle in silence, which compounds the problem.
How can you break free of the cycle and build back real confidence? Do you just “fake it till you make it,” or is there a better way?
In this webinar, Jennifer will answer this question and share two practical tools based on the neuroscience of change.
You’ll leave this webinar with greater knowledge and tools, including:
- What real confidence is;
- The hidden obstacles to confidence; and
- Two coaching tools for tapping into and building back confidence.
Q&A from the live program is included in the recording.
