About the Expert

 

Ava Diamond Dreyer, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist and Biospsychosocial Entrepreneur who graduated with her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. She received her certifications in Nutritional Psychiatry from Massachusetts Memorial Hospital/Harvard University Program, Neuroscience in Leadership from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, Brain Health from Rowan University, and Trauma and Addiction Recovery from the University of Maryland.

Her life’s work has been dedicated to cutting-edge, evidence-based research on how to optimize wellness and performance. Though a traditional therapist by training, she developed the Neuroscience Intelligence (NQ) coaching programs that have been utilized by top global law firms like Latham & Watkins and DLA Piper, boutique firms, legal recruiters, hedge funds, financial institutions, hospitals, the US Military, Yale University School of Medicine, and Harvard Law School.

 

She has coached 1000’s of individual clients including lawyers, physicians, professional athletes, executives, and top influencers as well as 100’s of corporate clients. She was also a Yale University Clinician, Director, and Educator.

 

She is a bestselling author, Educator, Speaker, Former Pro Fitness Competitor, and has 30+ years of researching, developing, and implementing life-changing programs.
