Bernyda Germain joined LCL in January 2026 as the Executive Assistant, where she supports the Executive Director and serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining LCL, she worked at Roxbury Community College as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to the President as well as the Vice Presidents of Student and Academic Affairs.
Outside of work, Bernyda enjoys spending quality time with her younger siblings and daughter, hiking with friends, and writing music.
