Fallon joined LCL in 2022 and serves as the Director of Business Administration. She is responsible for human resources, office administration, policy and procedures, and financial administration. Additionally, she provides executive assistance to the Executive Director. Prior to joining LCL, Fallon worked as a meeting and events coordinator for a large national bank where she gained valuable experience developing managerial and leadership skills.
Fallon received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and sociology in 2008. She is deeply passionate about people and is excited about carrying out LCL’s mission.
When she is not at work you can find her singing at church, creating visual art, cooking, thrifting, and working on interior design projects. She enjoys spending her time with her three daughters and reading mysteries.
