A HIDDEN HEALTH CRISIS: COMBATTING LONELINESS IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION
WEDNESDAY, MAY 15TH AT 12PM (EASTERN)
Loneliness and isolation have been described as an epidemic by the US Surgeon General. Despite technology being able to connect people across oceans at the touch of a button, loneliness has become a bigger issue for many young and midlife adults, even prior to the pandemic. This program will discuss the health consequences of loneliness, strategies to assess your loneliness, and practical steps you can take to improve your social connections and relationship well-being.
Q&A will follow the program, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
