Upgrade Your Leadership Mindset for Greater Success in the Legal Profession

Find out how human-centered leadership can help address today’s challenges from Dr. Amy Wood with this installment of Webinars for Busy Lawyers — in 30 minutes or less.

With employee discontent and demands at an all-time high, leadership ideology considered customary just a few years ago in the world of law is now antiquated and ineffective. Engaging, motivating, and unifying others now means putting whole people (not just workers) at the forefront through an entirely different approach called Human-Centered Leadership.

Designed to help leaders in law transform their thinking for a new era, this webinar teaches leadership convictions integral to orchestrating the unprecedented times we are in.

Those who participate in this illuminating professional development experience will:

  • Recognize six standard leadership beliefs that are wreaking havoc in the legal workplace.
  • Learn three Human-Centered Leadership beliefs that boost morale, productivity, and employee retention.
  • Adopt proven cognitive-behavioral psychology strategies for letting go of unhelpful ideas and replacing them with more potent beliefs.
  • Appreciate the power of thought in strengthening your resilience, confidence, and influence as a leader.

. . .

Q&A will follow the program, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

If you can’t make the live event, you can still REGISTER (HERE) to receive a link to the recording once it’s available.
