This panel discussion brings together four attorneys from different practice settings to explore what brings them joy both inside and outside of work, what gives their careers meaning and purpose, and the choices, habits, relationships, and boundaries that help sustain them. This conversation will also help lawyers who feel disconnected or dejected reconnect and find joy or meaning in their lives again.
This discussion is about more than feeling better. This is about the things that help us stay grounded, connected, and fulfilled which influences how we show up in our work — supporting the judgment, resilience, perspective, and fitness to practice that a demanding profession requires.
Meet Our Panel
Christopher Escobedo Hart, Esq.
Christopher Escobedo Hart, Esq. is Counsel at Anderson & Kreiger LLP, where his practice focuses on privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data governance, and complex civil litigation. He advises clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance, incident response, government investigations, and related litigation, and previously practiced at Foley Hoag LLP. Chris has earned wide recognition for his work, including selection by Best Lawyers in America for Privacy and Data Security Law and Artificial Intelligence Law, recognition by Super Lawyers for Civil Litigation, and being named a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Go To Lawyer” for Cyber/Data Security. He has also been recognized by Boston Magazine as a Top Lawyer in several practice areas and received awards for his pro bono advocacy and writing on cybersecurity.
Beyond his legal practice, Chris has built a strong record of leadership, mentorship, and service to the profession and his community. He currently serves as Vice President of the Boston Bar Association and has held numerous leadership roles with the BBA, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He also serves on the Massachusetts Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Appellate Procedure and has been active in civic leadership in the Town of Milton. A graduate of Harvard University, St. John’s College, and Duke University School of Law, Chris is a frequent speaker and writer whose work reflects a longstanding commitment to professional excellence, public service, diversity, and strengthening the legal profession.
Ogor Winnie Okoye, Esq.
Ogor Winnie Okoye, Esq. came to the United States from Nigeria in her twenties, following her heart to the man who would become her husband, Dr. Victor Okoye, (whom she fondly calls, “Bubu,”) and within a few short years found herself navigating a new country, a new culture, and law school, all while raising three toddlers.
Today, Ogor is the Founder and Principal Attorney of BOS Legal Group, LLC, where for more than two decades she has represented individuals and families in criminal defense, immigration, family law, and estate planning matters. She is also a certified life coach and author of Awaken and Unleash Your Victor and The Soul Compass Collections, and currently serves as President and CEO of the Immigrant Service Center, Inc. A dedicated advocate for gender and racial justice, she has amplified marginalized voices through leadership roles including Chairperson of the AILA New England Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Regional Commissioner for the Essex County Commission on the Status of Women, alongside service on several nonprofit boards across Massachusetts.

Judy Song Losey, Esq.
Judy Song Losey, Esq. is Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Sobi North America, where she has held increasingly senior legal roles since joining the company in 2019. Her work has included commercial contracting, compliance, and broader legal counsel supporting the organization’s business operations.
Prior to Sobi, Judy served as Contracts Counsel at Takeda and Shire, U.S. Legal Counsel at Avecto, and as a Senior Contract Negotiator at Nuance Communications. She brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of law, business, contracts, and compliance, with significant experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Judy earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. in Philosophy and Business from Loyola University Maryland. She also completed the Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program at Seton Hall University School of Law.
MARC DILLER, Esq.
Marc Diller, Esq. is the founder of Diller Law, LLP and an accomplished Massachusetts trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and families in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Known for his commitment to safety, accountability, and justice, Marc has successfully litigated and tried numerous significant cases involving dangerous products and properties, motor vehicle and trucking crashes, and unsafe workplace conditions. His work has resulted in substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, and he has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Boston Magazine, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and other legal organizations.
Marc is also deeply involved in the Massachusetts legal community. He is a past President of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, previously chaired the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administrative Council, and serves as faculty for Trial School, a national nonprofit dedicated to training trial lawyers. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Suffolk University Law School, Marc began his career practicing alongside his father and mentor, attorney William Diller, before founding Diller Law in 2013. He regularly teaches and speaks on trial advocacy, professionalism, technology, bias, civility, and lawyer well-being.
