Kevin Maynard was a partner at Bulkley Richardson and Gelinas and retired on December 31, 2023. Kevin was a key asset to the success of the firm’s Litigation Department, advising clients on strategies to avoid and resolve commercial disputes through advice, negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Internally, Kevin was a driving force behind the firm’s recruiting efforts and was instrumental in building the deep bench of attorneys that exists today.
Kevin joined LCL’s Board of Directors in 2017 and is currently serving his second term as chair after serving three terms as vice chair.
