Join us to discover evidence based practices to quiet self-criticism, boost resilience, and make clearer decisions under pressure.
This webinar will help you:
- Identify how perfectionism, fear of failure, and imposter feelings – impact lawyers’ decision-making, ethical practice, and mental health.
- Learn how self‑compassion techniques can convert self‑critical thoughts into supportive, constructive self‑talk.
- Practice two brief self-compassion and nervous-system regulation exercises to use before high-stakes work.
Q&A will follow the program, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
