Join us to start the final day of Well-Being Week in Law 2021 with a 30-minute yoga practice, led by Dr. Tracey Meyers, Psy.D. Yoga can be an important part of well-being, resilience, stress reduction, and social connection. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience from beginner to regular practitioner.
We will be exploring simple yoga sequences including meditation, breath work, and yoga postures that you can do right from your office or home for a refreshing way to start the workday. When you register, you will receive a link to join.
Meet Our Program Leader
Tracey Meyers, Psy.D.
Staff Clinician, LCL MA
Dr. Tracey Meyers, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts, certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She joined LCL MA in August of 2020 following her work for the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services where she spent over 15 years working in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Tracey has a strong commitment to integrative medicine for mental health and wellness and leads mindfulness and yoga programs for groups, individuals, and professionals in the workplace.
