Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section and Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers for a program on “Mediator Wellness in a Remote World.” The panel will address wellness and isolation issues facing mediators in the current era of remote mediations.

Mediators are frequently involved in helping parties resolve disputes that arise from traumatic events, and this task is made more challenging when the mediation is conducted remotely. We will discuss how this affects mediators both during and after a mediation, as well as:

  • Self-care for mediators
  • Business and practical suggestions to make remote mediation more effective and less burdensome for the mediator
  • How to address conduct that may be challenging because of remote mediation or the parties’ own isolation

This webinar is FREE and will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 8, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent before the program.
