Depending on the circumstances, ADHD can feel like a burden or a superpower. These monthly meetings will be your network with fellow lawyers and law students who face unique obstacles in their work – and have unique abilities – as a result of ADHD. Use it for ongoing guidance, accountability, and support as you continue to implement and try new solutions that will help you harness the value and minimize the drawbacks of working and living with ADHD.
Whether or not you’ve participated in one of our Practicing Law with ADHD Workshops, you can come to these monthly support meetings.
Our next workshop will be offered online, likely in February 2019. To find out as soon as it’s scheduled — just email Shawn, our group leader.
Much of the common perception of ADHD is misleading. We’ll continue to examine the real nature of ADHD, and why viewing it as a deficit in attention is not very accurate or helpful.
You’ll have support practicing specific techniques to use to harness your attention and focus, and the best ways to address obstacles in productivity due to the experiences of ADHD.
