New Webinars Monthly – in 30 Minutes or Less

NOVEMBER 9TH at 12pm (eastern)

Presented by Tracey Meyers, Psy.D.

Join us to find out how to get over feeling like you’re fooling others with your competence from Dr. Tracey Meyers with our next installment of Webinars for Busy Lawyers – in 30 minutes or less.

If you’ve ever felt like the only one in over your head in a legal setting (or law school if you are a law student), you can take comfort in knowing that it’s an extremely common feeling in the legal profession.

Conditions in the legal profession and, before that, in law school make it all too easy to experience imposter syndrome – the pressure, the drive for perfectionism, the perceived prestige, the uncertainty of so many elements (including professional training!), the level of technical skill eventually achievable all contribute to feelings of anxiety and inadequacy.

There are several strategies that can help with these understandable feelings and the turn your doubts and fears into a growth mindset. This webinar will help you:

  • Find out what contributes to imposter syndrome
  • Discover how to recognize it and how it interferes with your success
  • Get practical tools and strategies to shift your thought patterns to overcome it – and improve both your effectiveness and mood

Q&A will follow the program, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

If you can’t make the live event, you can still REGISTER (HERE) to receive a link to the recording once it’s available.
