Free & Confidential, exclusively for Lawyers, Law Students, Judges, and Other Legal Professionals in Massachusetts
Have you wanted to start a regular meditation practice, but have struggled to fit it in to your schedule? Or just want to practice meditation with a supportive community? Many people in the Massachusetts legal community have been asking for a weekly drop-in meditation group on Thursdays at 12:30pm.
Join peers for our weekly 20-minute mindfulness meditation practice designed specifically for busy legal professionals (law students included), led by staff clinician and mindfulness teacher Dr. Tracey Meyers, Psy.D.
Mindfulness can help to develop greater calmness, improve work focus and concentration, help to connect to positive emotions to create more ease in daily life, and manage our personal fears and anxieties. This weekly program is designed for participants to learn and practice the basic tools of mindfulness and is suitable for beginning and experienced meditators. Each week, Tracey will lead different guided practices to support mental health and emotional wellbeing.
When you register, you will receive a link for the practice each week. You’ll also get a link to our hidden playlist of recorded sessions.
Come drop in when you can!
