WWIL is hosted by the Institute for Well-Being in Law.

WWIL is organized annually by the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL) during Mental Health Awareness Month. Its aim is to raise awareness about mental health and encourage action and innovation across the profession all year-round to improve well-being.

THURSDAY, May 1 | Kick-Off Event

5pm – 7pm: Keynote Event with Gloria Mark, Ph.D., Author of Attention Span and Researcher on the Impact of Digital Media on People’s Lives (Hosted by the SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being and the Massachusetts Bar Association)

 

MONDAY, May 5 | Physical Well-Being

9am – 9:30am: Guided Mindfulness Session with Dr. Tracey Meyers (Hosted by LCLMA, Co-Sponsored by Mindfulness in Law Society)

12pm – 1pm: WWIL 2025 Kickoff: Boosting Well-Being With Connection (Hosted by the Institute for Well-Being in Law)

1:30pm – 5:30pm: Moving Together: Exploring Connection Through Movement, Exercise, & Dance (Hosted by the Institute for Well-Being in Law)
